爱笑瑜伽 - Laugh is the best medicine

今天終於嘗試了愛笑瑜伽.一個大笑不講理由, ( Laugh for no reason. ) 回到童年3歲時,產生抵抗力/自愈力的另一個體驗

原理是用一些Technics 令人發笑,雖然不自然,但不去分析為什麼笑,笑了先算,然後產生愉快,幸福感. 正能量就來了! 笑會傳染的.

原來小孩子就是這樣的,大人反而不會無緣無故的笑.

是的,每次笑,都含有幸福和愛的元素,見人就笑,可以帶來更多的人傳人的
開心效果.

老師說,一個人開心,會令身邊20個人開心,心病自然少好多. 有道理!

先笑再高興的过程是可以培養的,笑是疾病的魁星!

笑的力量可以溶解冰山!

和不認識的人笑一笑心靈上就已經可以溝通了!

感恩也是笑的源泉!
