每個人都是自己內在小孩的父母,教練,老師。這樣,我們就能感受到父母的處境,心態,困難,更尊敬他們,尊重自己。也更能感受到他們的問題,在自己这一代不重蹈复轍。
Life is an
interactive process. In our whole life we need to read our parents' books – their grow-up stories and inner world
now and then.
The more you
accept your parents, the more you can accept yourself and more choices in your life.
The three days’ training was a journey of continuous self-healing and discovery. A big thanks to all of the coaches and my classmates, partners. It was you who made the time so reflective, enlightening and insightful.
In the last
day of family therapy (傳心行動), I was pleased to see I could connect to my subconscious mind (my heart) and
express myself much better after one year of practice on positive thinking esp. through hypnotherapy.
Emotions are
intuition reactions from our body that we react to the outside events. They are
no wrong or false but neutral.
All emotion
has a positive intention. But it doesn't mean all emotions can be beneficial. Negative emotion can affect relationship and is disastrous
if we are controlled by them.
I made the following diagram as a summary of emotions:
I think all positive emotion can be created if we have a sense of self-affirmation and love.
The core negative emotion is FEARS from deficiency of love.
How to transform it to positive?
Just to
accept it, to see it as a gift in daily life. Then our response will be improved
from habit less positive reaction to very positive response.
In life,
although we cannot change events sometimes, we can control our response. We cannot control
others’ emotion but we can control ours, it is our own emotions that determine
our belief, our behavior and our fate.
In the last
day workshop, we focused on emotion transfer by 3A practice.
Acceptance,
action (by making right CHOICES) and appreciation (gratitude - finding resources from inside to outside).
I found my
inner child issue with my grandmother has been affected the relationship with
my hubby.
So I accepted my being hurt feeling during my childhood and my guilt
feeling since I was a little big sister, which pushed me so hard sometimes.
So, I have choices!

I choose to forgive them and myself;
I choose to magnify
their positive sides and to feel thankful;
I choose to
think from other points of views besides mine;
I choose to continue
heal myself while helping others;
I choose to practice
hypnosis to keep myself at positive,relaxed state;
I choose to
do physical exercises to improve health and spirituality;
I choose be grateful each day:
I choose to
keep a peaceful and ordinary mindset.
I appreciate
my high sense of awareness and self-improvement;
I am
grateful for all of the coaches and classmates for their help and advice;
I am
grateful for my grandmother’s teaching and effort to bring us up;
I am
grateful for my parents who have been our best models to be live at the moment;
I am
grateful for my parents who have taught me to be always curious; childlike;
I am more
grateful for my hubby’s kisses and love, forgiving and support all of the time;
I am much
more grateful for having a son who becomes my good friend and adviser.
And more, I appreciate from sun, rain, air to taxi drivers, bus drivers and all
people who make our life happy, peaceful and secure…
I message is powerful tool to express ourselves for any uncomfortable feelings so that win-win outcome is achieved. It takes time to practice to perfect. Keep trying.
