It was our first meeting and it last almost three hours unexpectedly. Ceci as the Big Sister of DP family, shared with us the history and early development of DP and WahShan's story. We learnt that DP's growth was a process of from Focus In to Focus Out, from a small business to a caring society, in which, people feel as a close, supportive, big family and continuous self-
We recalled why we chose DP courses and why we became its volunteering members after the course: DP expands our horizon, our protectiveness to see things, and give us resources and support to face future challenges and chance to serve others.
Ming shared her great improvement after the three stage DP courses. She said as a teacher, now she started to say good morning to students and her principle, surprisingly in return, both are so happy and inspired by her initiative and caring spirit. That's is what we say PAY IT FORWARD, let LOVE SPREADING like fire.
Ceci also shared her and her husband, Paul's huge change on attitude and therefore their relationship between their two and their two families. She said, " Marriage is not just between the couple but their two families, which is not able to choose before hand. One has to learn to understand and accept each family." We couldn't agree more.
Ceci quoted Wah Shan's saying that 没有真相,只有演绎,当每个人都认为自己正确,问题就来了to remind us of the importance of respect other's value systems in communication.
Donna shared her parenting experience and marriage journey as well. She found that understanding, compassion and forgiving is keys to build a open-minded, happy family. In Donna's opinion, " Everyone has their own reality. I don't have to be angry if we have different views but just try to understand others' intention and reasons." I really don't need to be a victim of ether's dark shadow."
Ming was concerned to be a coach in DP, asking many questions
how to ask equations, how to response questions and how to squeeze time, etc. Ceci as a coach, shared her training and coaching experience; 'focus out" is the most important criteria even in telling stories. She strongly encouraged us to be coaches so as to to have bigger improvement and help others. Leadership can be a big reward in coaching journey. The thing is you have to be compassionate enough as a coach.
Donna from her DP courses and hypnosis practice, deeply realised that all coaching is a process to understand self better,change self for: all coach is a self coaching and all hypnosis is self- hypnosis.

Gary as our guest, shared his working pressure and study. Ceci advised him to practice ZERO LIMITS when negative emotion pops up and visualize the prospect that he desires all the time.
Magic will happen and always happens if we are fully in the trace of our dreams.
Finally we agreed on 5pm on 29 June will be our next meeting time, just before the workshop training at 7pm, the workshop at 8pm.
